I picked up my first tint brush in 2003 and I've been happily covered in colour ever since. 

Westwater Foil Co started because I wanted foil that did its job so I could do mine. 

I spent well over a year getting it right before it went anywhere near a trolley, then we ran it through hundreds of test stylists before we even finished the specs and I hand draw every design that goes on the box (the artwork is the fun part, the engineering was the hard part but we got there and the wait's been worth it).

The Journal is where I write for the colourist doing the 6pm client with the same love and attention to detail as the 9am one. 

Pricing, placement, consultations, the business side of a busy column: if it comes up on the salon floor, it ends up here.
