Shipping policy

Processing times
Orders placed before 2pm AEST, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping rates and delivery times
Standard shipping: typically 2 to 5 business days to most of Australia, and 3 to 7 business days to WA and NT. Regional and remote areas can take longer.
Express shipping: next business day to most metro areas, and 2 business days outside the Express Post network.
International shipping: available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7 to 21 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Tracking your order
Every order ships with tracking. Once your parcel is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.

Delays and responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. Westwater Foil Co is not liable for lost parcels due to incorrect details provided at checkout.

International orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.
Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance.
