Join from any foil page and pick your pack, from single boxes in any number to a Stylist or Salon Pack, and how often it comes: monthly, every two months or every three.

Can I skip, pause or cancel?

This is a subscription that renews until you cancel, and you can skip, pause or cancel online from your account any time.

Are Westwater foils suitable for balayage, foilyage, and full head?

Yes. Each sheet is 15 x 30cm, our signature size, built to handle balayage, foilyage, full heads and root retouches all without a single size adjustment. The width gives you room to section properly, the length covers you for all possibilities.

How does the Lift and Lock system work?

As the box empties, the remaining foils sit lower and get harder to reach. That's what Lift and Lock is for: an internal tray with locking support tabs that you engage as you near the bottom. It permanently lifts what's left to a comfortable working height and locks in place. No collapsing, no reaching, no breaking your flow.

Do the foils hold up under bleach and lightener without tearing?

Yes. The Retreat is built for heavy professional use with bleach, lightener, and all sorts of colour. It holds its shape under product weight, resists tearing through placement and removal, and stays in place through processing time.

What does the embossing do?

Westwater's signature embossing texture grips the hair, so each foil holds its position through application instead of slipping as you work. It took a year to get the grip perfect, and we believe it is the best grip on the market.

Does it work with the colour I already use?

Yep. Works across every professional colour brand and formula in the game.

The Retreat is our pre-cut pop-up hair foil, engineered with our in-house aluminium composition for improved flexibility and strength.

Our signature finish and deeper embossing grip the hair, so the section stays where you put it, and every foil comes pre-folded onto the print so you can paint straight onto the silver side.

When the box runs low, lock in the Lift and Lock tray and the last foils rise up to meet you and stay locked in, with no falling back down, ever.

As hairdressers we give so much of ourselves to every client, bringing an immense amount of love, care and attention to detail to every client, all day, every day.

This business is for you.

You give the same passion and precision to the 6pm client as we did to the 9am client, even after 10+ hours on your feet, barely a mouthful of food and a toilet break. I know what that feels like. I’ve been behind the chair for over 23 years and I love it now just as much as I did in 2003.

That’s why when building this foil, it had to be perfect, because I respect hairdressers too much to bring anything less than perfect into your hands and salons.
